4. Backups are your responsibility
Export backups regularly, and keep your recovery phrase printed or written down offline. We cannot reconstruct anything you lose.
5. Export control
8PWD 2026 contains encryption functionality and is subject to the US Export Administration Regulations. The application is self-classified as ECCN 5D992.c under Note 3 to Category 5 Part 2 (the mass market note) and requires no export licence. You may not use it in embargoed or sanctioned regions.
